How to add Navigation Bar in blog

HOW TO ADD NAVIGATION BAR IN BLOG

WITH THESE SIMPLE STEPS:-

1)Visit www.Blogger.com and login with  your Gmail id.

2)Select Layout option from left sidebar of your Blog.

3)When You select Layout option this page will open

4)Go to Page list(top) section which is situated just above the Featured Post/Page Body section.

5)Click on Add a Gadget link which is present inside the page list(top) section, and select HTML/JavaScript gadget

6)Then you will see a page like this

Give it a title(not necessary) and add your html/javascript code to the Content section and click save button.

Note:-

7)If there is no such link under page list(top) section then go to sidebar section which is present in the  same page there you will able to find Add a Gadget link.Then add Html/JavaScript code ,add title, add content and click on save button(just like previous step).

Now Drag Html/JavaScript code section under page list(top).  

8)Now go to Theme Section and click customization  button.TheN THE OPEN Page will look like this

Go to Advance option->scroll down ->and click Add CSS

The page will look like this

Now add your css coding which is linked with your html file here
CLICK ON APPLY TO BLOG BUTTON
